WCC Judgments

The first six WCC judgments were published in the Canadian Journal of Women and the Law in early 2008. These decisions concern issues that affect the lives of Aboriginal women, women with disabilities, women living in poverty, women with children, and women workers. The WCC judgments, and the accompanying authors’ notes, are available below:
